Once again, things got hot at Gasthof Gamsjaga. Young vegetables got up a good head of steam and roasted tasty dishes made from fresh and regional ingredients. Gamsjaga boss Christine Weber and Kneipp health educator Manuela Struber worked together with 6 junior chefs to create child-friendly dishes that were a feast for both the eyes and the palate. When the delicacies were eaten afterwards, it soon became clear: in future, these children's creations will also be on the menu for younger guests at Gasthof Gamsjaga. Christine Weber is the first person at the lake to realise the idea of a new children's menu with a health focus! Exclusively fresh ingredients, as well as a plus of vegetables and fruit, form the centrepiece of the offer. A special highlight on this afternoon was the use of fresh sheep's milk products, which were made available to the cooking team by Christine Eisl (Stoffbauer).
