From bacon jam to barbecue marinades, all jams, chutneys and sauces are cooked and prepared in the show kitchen in the shop. "Customers can watch how our regional and international products are created," explains Ronald Eichenauer. "We only use regional ingredients from local markets." Freshness and quality are the top priorities at the "Marmeladenkuchl", but the creativity and internationality of the products also play a major role. Many guests particularly appreciate the homemade syrups such as cola with fructose, tropical fruit lemonade or the absolute bestseller, the "bacon jam!"

The mastermind behind these recipes is Elizabeth Eichenauer. What has a long tradition in England and is known as "bacon jam" is all the rage in St. Wolfgang. A spread made from bacon, roasted onions and a little sugar - sounds unusual, but tastes heavenly.

You should also try the herbal mustards and vinegars. A poem! Everything that is made in the shop can also be tasted. So if you come here, you should bring a little time with you. It pays off ...
