The traditional farm in Abersee offers something special in the Salzkammergut with WOLKE7: a self-service organic farm shop where you can find organic products from all over Austria in addition to EISL's own high-quality organic sheep's milk specialities, such as cream cheese, yoghurt and sheep's milk ice cream. When selecting the product range, the Eisl family attaches great importance to ensuring that every future farm shop product meets their own high quality standards. With fish from Lake Wolfgangsee, organic rice from Lower Austria, organic chilli sauces from the Mühlviertel, organic grilled meat from Upper Austria, organic chocolate from Salzburg and organic peanut butter from the Weinviertel, the range is broad and covers the whole of Austria.

Shopping in the 50 m² WOLKE7 is not only fun from a culinary point of view. During milking times, customers can watch through a shop window as the sheep are milked in the milking carousel. And if you want to refresh yourself after a bike tour with an EISL EIS or one of the cool organic drinks from the self-service farm shop, you can relax in the WOLKE7 Open Air Lounge, an outdoor ice-cream eating area. The selected products can easily be paid for in cash or by card at the self-service checkout.
