Goldhaubenfrauen St. Wolfgang

In the cultural community of St. Wolfgang, the Goldhaubengruppe is a visible link to the homeland. Our group currently consists of 71 members and 7 girls' hoods. While the gold bonnet was an expression of a certain class affiliation in the early days, today values such as humanity, togetherness and solidarity are at the centre of our efforts. Combining old traditions with the present and conveying enthusiasm for traditional costume to young people is close to our hearts.

We want to cultivate tradition, live conviviality and do good to needy and socially disadvantaged people.
