Following their first attempts at brewing beer together, Johann Wieser, Gerhard Pammer and Michael Sams founded the 1st Wolfgangsee Brewing Society in 2016.

The Strobler Helle and a Strobler Weizen are now brewed as standard. Seasonal specialities include the Strobler Adventbier and the Strobler Maibier
In addition, the Wolfgangseer Jubiläumsbräu has been added to the range since 2024.

At the shop, ‘Das Handwerk’ in Strobl, visitors can also sample the beer.
