We produce ‘green’, i.e. early-harvested olive oil, which is particularly piquant, expressive and full of character, mostly single-varietal, a top cuvee ‘Istrian Blend’ is produced. Pruning, care and harvesting are carried out by a team of specialists and experienced harvesters who have been working together for many years. The professional annual pruning of the trees, the determination of the optimum harvest time and, above all, the skilful harvesting and rapid transport to the oil mill play a major role in the quality of the products.

Since 2018, we have successfully participated in the world's largest competition NYIOOC, the New York International Olive Oil Contest, and we are proud to have won numerous gold and silver medals. Most recently, in 2022, we were awarded gold medals for all the olive oils we produce, placing us among the top producers of Istrian olive oil.
