Ferienhaus Felicitas

Our holiday home is centrally and quietly situated in Strobl on Lake Wolfgangsee.  The lake and lakeside swimming area are five minutes’ walk away.  There are shops nearby, for example a bakery, a supermarket and a tobacconist.  Traditional guesthouses, restaurants and cafes offer everything for your physical well being. 

Our holiday home lies alongside the route of the former local railway, the Ischlerbahn.  This means there are ample long walks and bicycle tours along the lake through the Blinklingmoos nature reserve.

The building is available to rent as a whole or as two separate holiday apartments. 
The ‘Morgentau’ apartment is on the ground floor.  Measuring approximately 55 m², it is suitable for up to 4 people, with a bedroom, a lounge/bedroom, a lounge/kitchen and storage room, a bathroom with toilet, entrance lobby and tiled stove.
The ‘Sonnenschein’ apartment on the first floor is suitable for up to 8 people and comprises 2 bedrooms, a lounge/bedroom, lounge/kitchen with sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms including WC, entrance lobby, roofed balcony and a Swedish style stove.

Also available on ground level is a large garden, a covered outdoor area, car parking and bicycle storage.  Wood for the stove heaters can be purchased.
The building is well-cared for, is heated in an environmentally friendly way and is a newly refurbished holiday apartment house in which you will definitely feel at home.
