Fire & Flame - A culinary gala

Lake Wolfgangsee stands for enjoyment and culinary diversity like almost no other region. As one of the special highlights of the mundART Festival, the cooking show "Feuer & Flamme - Eine Kulinarische Gala" invites you to a unique culinary experience.

In the world-famous Scalaria event location, five of the lake's best chefs will face off in an exciting blind cooking duel. Against the impressive backdrop of Lake Wolfgangsee, a culinary production is created that combines entertainment, culinary art and emotion in a special way. The evening of this stylish red carpet gala will be hosted by gourmet ambassador Silvia Schneider.
The following top chefs are taking up the challenge this year: Josef Schöndorfer(www.wiesenhof-abersee.com), Dominik Edlinger(www.seesushi.net), Wolfgang Knechtl(www.seevilla-wolfgangsee.at), Thomas Höfler(www.tauroa.at), Hubert Hinterberger(www.bachmanngut.at)

Thanks to the gala dinner (Scalaria x guest chefs) as well as the musical accompaniment and after-party, the event will be an atmospheric overall experience that combines enjoyment and entertainment.

As a member of the jury, last year's winner and star chef Sebastian Leutgeb will provide additional expertise.

"Fire & Flame - A Culinary Gala" combines regional cuisine, red carpet flair and the unique atmosphere of Lake Wolfgang - an exclusive highlight for all those who want to be enriched with special moments of pleasure.
