Our workshops are a holistic experience. Here you not only learn the basics of cooking, but also immerse yourself in a world full of inspiration and community.

The SeeSushi Academy stands for sustainable cuisine, shared learning and the awareness that good food unites.

Program:
Together we start with a short hike to various locations, talk about the future of the food industry, personal experiences and ourselves. After a snack, we will fillet a fish live and show you how to prepare maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Create your own platter and enjoy a cozy get-together with photos and recipes to take home. Incl. wine, AF drinks, snack & SeeSushi apron.
