The Museum Zinkenbacher Malerkolonie (Zinkenbacher Artists’ Colony) is dedicated to artists who spent their summer holidays at Wolfgangsee in the interwar period. This year’s exhibition illuminates the light and dark sides of artistic creation, especially in the context of artist circles in the sociopolitical mirror of the interwar period. It presents selected works by members of the Zinkenbacher Malerkolonie and the Hagenbund.
