Lake Wolfgang is celebrating "The Wolfgang Year 2024" as part of the 1,100th birthday of the lake patron saint. This birthday will be celebrated together with around 150 Wolfgang villages. Numerous events such as the new singspiel "Franzobel's WOLF - Das Mystical" will take place on the lake stage around the Wolfgangweg, the church and the lake. Experience a wonderful time at Lake Wolfgangsee and get to know the "Welt der Frauen" editorial team on the day of arrival at a Come2gether in the EQ restaurant in St. Wolfgang and then enjoy a 3-course evening meal together.
On the second day, you will travel by boat to Fürberg accompanied by the Wolfgangsee Hiking Ladies. A visit to the Gut Aich monastery is then on the program. Afterwards, you walk along the pilgrims' path over the Falkenstein to St. Wolfgang. Enjoy a pilgrim's soup at the Leopoldhof in Ried for refreshment. Once you arrive in St. Wolfgang, a mass awaits you in the pilgrimage church of St. Wolfgang with musical accompaniment by Sigrid and Marina. The evening is entirely at your disposal!
